The Brewhouse & Tap
Our brewhouse seems to be in a constant state of metamorphis, we are growing in size to meet demand and we have re-locatied to a larger, re-fitted, permanent premises on the Carlton Towers estate. The new site in Duddings Farm Barn is easier to access from High Street which passes through Carlton. Our main access to the brewery is opposite Church Lane junction on High Street itself, opposite the parish church of Saint Mary (with the large steeple).
The current brewhouse consists of 1 x 5Hl system ~ 1 x 2Hl system ~ 2 x 50 litre Braumeister pilot brewing systems. Upon completion we will be adding a further 8Hl system to complement our current systems.
The relocation allows for further brewing capacity expansion, should we need it. It will also give us a fantastic brewhouse taproom on-site!
You are more than welcome to visit us at our new location, even whilst we are fitting the brewery & taproom out, just bring a pair of overalls and a paint brush with you!
